Orange Springs provides on-site meals prepared by our kitchen team, with menus that can be customized around the needs of your group. Vegetarian meals, allergies, and other dietary restrictions can be discussed during the planning process.

The dining hall can accommodate groups of up to approximately 200. For a school trip, that means breakfast, lunch, dinner, and programming can all happen within the same campus environment.

What an Overnight Class Trip Costs

Packages are priced per person for the whole group, not as individual hotel rooms, because the campus is reserved for one school at a time.

Most school class trips book a 2-night / 3-day stay during the school year. Published Fall/Winter 2027 rates (September–April) include lodging, meals, standard activities, and exclusive use of the campus:
