An all-inclusive overnight retreat includes lodging, scheduled meals, meeting and gathering spaces, exclusive use of the 100+ acre private campus, and campus activities and equipment.

Off-season weekend, 100 guests, 2 nights / 3 days:
100 × $205 = $20,500
Meals from dinner on arrival through breakfast on departure. Exclusive use.
Off-season weekend, 60 guests, 2 nights / 3 days:
60 × $255 = $15,300
Summer 2028 weekend, 100 guests, 2 nights / 3 days:
100 × $215 = $21,500

School class trips often use the September–April 2-night or 3-night packages.
Two ways to rent the campus
All-inclusive overnight retreat
Lodging, scheduled meals, meeting space, standard campus activities and equipment, and exclusive use of the campus. Priced per person. This is the usual option for church, school, youth, and leadership retreats.
Summer facility-only rental
Lodging, commercial kitchen, standard campus activities and equipment, and exclusive use of the campus. Meals are not included. Priced by length of stay and group-size tier. This is the option for groups that provide their own food service or hire outside catering.
Both options provide exclusive use of the campus — one private group at a time.
Why retreat dates book early
Orange Springs hosts one organized group at a time.
- No second rental group on the lake, beach, or boats.
- No outside guests in the cabins.
- No split use of the dining hall, sports fields, meeting rooms, or campfire areas.
Because the entire campus is reserved for one group, available dates are limited. Summer weeks, Labor Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and popular four-day weekends are often requested 12–14 months ahead.
Returning groups often request the same or similar dates for the following year before leaving campus. A new group that needs a prime holiday should inquire early and be ready to confirm before the current group checks out.
If dates are flexible, an open weekend is usually easier to find.
How a date is confirmed
A penciled-in date is not a reservation.
A date is confirmed only when Orange Springs has both:
- A signed usage agreement
- A nonrefundable 30% deposit
The 30% deposit is applied to the package total. It is not an additional charge.
Until both are received, the date may be opened to another group that is ready to confirm.
What the retreat includes
Waterfront
Private spring-fed lake, white-sand beach, canoes, kayaks, paddleboards, swimming, and fishing access.
Sports and recreation
Tennis courts, indoor and outdoor basketball, volleyball, athletic fields, gymnasium, archery, walking trails, and campfire areas.
Lodging and dining
Climate-controlled lodging with 200+ beds. The group stays together on one private campus with exclusive use of the facilities.
All-inclusive overnight retreats include chef-prepared meals from dinner on arrival through breakfast on departure. Facility-only rentals include commercial kitchen access and do not include meals.
Meeting space
Worship, leadership sessions, school programs, and large-group meetings. Available A/V equipment is included.
Standard campus activities and equipment are included. The ropes course is available for group use. Professional facilitation must be arranged separately through a ropes facilitator.

What is the minimum group size?
Fall, winter, and spring all-inclusive retreats require a minimum of 60 overnight guests. Summer 2028 all-inclusive retreats require a minimum of 100 overnight guests. Facility-only rentals are priced according to the applicable overnight headcount tier. Groups over 200 should request a written capacity review.
Are taxes and fees extra?
No. Published 2027–2028 rates include all taxes and fees.
Is the 30% deposit an extra charge?
No. The nonrefundable 30% deposit is applied to the package total. A date is confirmed only after the signed usage agreement and deposit are both received.
