What the Package Includes
Lodging
Climate-controlled, dormitory-style lodging. 200+ beds. The group stays together on one private campus with exclusive use of the facilities.
Dining
All-inclusive overnight packages include chef-prepared meals in the dining hall, timed to the retreat schedule.
Facility-only packages include commercial kitchen access and do not include meals.
Meeting and gathering spaces
Worship, leadership sessions, school programs, presentations, large-group meetings, breakouts, and church programming. Available A/V equipment is included.
Waterfront
Private spring-fed lake, white-sand beach, canoes, kayaks, paddleboards, swimming, and fishing access.
Sports and recreation
Tennis courts, indoor/outdoor basketball, volleyball, soccer and athletic fields, gymnasium, archery, walking trails, and campfire areas.
Activities and equipment
Standard campus activities and equipment are included.
The ropes course is available for group use. Professional facilitation must be arranged separately through a ropes facilitator.
Exclusive use
ONE GROUP AT A TIME. ALWAYS.
The reserved group receives exclusive use of the 100+ acre private campus and does not share the dining hall, lake, lodging, meeting rooms, sports facilities, or campfire areas with another rental group.

About the Campus
Orange Springs Retreat Center is a private exclusive-use retreat venue on more than 100 acres near the Ocala National Forest.
Camp Shalom was founded on the property in 1971. In 2002, Mike Sokol reimagined the family camp as a year-round exclusive-use retreat campus for schools, churches, youth groups, and other private organizations.

An “all-inclusive overnight package” includes lodging, scheduled meals, meeting and gathering spaces, exclusive use of the entire 100+ acre private campus, and standard campus activities and equipment.
- One organized group receives exclusive use of the 100+ acre private campus.
- Per-person packages are priced by season, length of stay, and group-size tier.
- Per-person packages are billed according to the applicable group-size tier, based on the final overnight guest count. The applicable minimum guest count applies if the actual overnight headcount is lower.
- All overnight participants count toward headcount and the applicable minimum.
- Meal service on all-inclusive overnight packages runs from dinner on arrival through breakfast on departure.
- Standard arrival is 4:00 PM. Standard departure is 1:00 PM. Midweek arrivals are set on the proposal.
