What “rent the entire camp” means
Renting an entire summer camp means your organization reserves the campus for its own use during the rental period. Instead of sharing lodging, dining facilities, meeting rooms, recreation areas, or activity schedules with another organization, your group has the property to itself.
Your group sleeps, eats, meets, and plays on the same campus. Meal times, meeting schedules, recreation, and free time can be organized around your program rather than around another group’s schedule.
Before you choose a property, our complete buyer’s checklist covers what to ask: How to Rent a Summer Camp in Florida.
Stay. Eat. Meet. Play.
This is the difference between renting a facility and renting an entire summer camp.
Stay
200+ beds in climate-controlled cabins and dorm-style lodging. The lodging area belongs to your group for the stay.
Eat
Chef Kevin and the kitchen team prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner on site. Menus can be customized when dietary needs are given in advance. Groups that prefer to self-cater can use the no-meals flat rate.
Meet
Meeting rooms with AV, an indoor gym, and outdoor pavilions. Worship, large sessions, and breakouts stay on campus.
Play
Private spring-fed lake and white-sand beach, canoes, kayaks, paddleboards, swimming in the lake and pool, seasonal lake inflatables, tennis, basketball, volleyball, sports fields, trails, and campfires on request. Ropes, zip lines, climbing wall, and archery are scheduled separately with facilitation.
The planner doesn’t have to coordinate a hotel, restaurant, separate activity venues, or transportation between sites. Lodging, meals, meetings, and recreation stay on one campus.
Built for groups of 60–200+

If you are comparing Florida summer camp rentals, start here:
- How many climate-controlled beds are available?
- Does the group have exclusive use of the whole campus?
- Are lodging, meals, meetings, and activities on the same property?
Orange Springs is built to answer yes. That is the difference between a 60–200+ private campus and a smaller park or cabin rental where the planner may still have to coordinate food, lodging, meeting space, or activities separately.

Why groups choose an entire summer camp
When a group of 60–200+ people stays in one place, the logistics change. Lodging, meals, meetings, recreation, and free time all happen on the same campus. Leaders aren’t coordinating hotel rooms, restaurants, off-site activities, and transportation between locations. Participants stay together, schedules stay together, and the group gets the privacy of its own campus.
At Orange Springs, the goal is simple: one private campus, one group, one coordinated experience.
